DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

All our products have a 30 day return policy where you return the unused product within 30 day of purchase. Please send us an email to sales@activpowerinc.com requesting a Return merchandise Authorization prior to return. We do not pay for return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION?

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. If that happens, simply send us an email to sales@activpowerinc.com cancelling the order. Please include all the order details. If we have not shipped your product then we will cancel and refund you your fee. If the product has shipped, then please follow the return policy instructions.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING?

We use United States Postal Service for all orders, Domestic and International. Shipping is free within the United States for all our products that meet minimum order volumes. International orders are charged shipping fees that vary from $35/- to $100/- depending on destination. International shipping fees are invoiced to the customer separately after the primary order has been placed online since the fees are higher and vary widely. Shipping is done as soon as the international shipping fees are paid.

WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are manufactured by us in our own manufacturing plant right here in Loudoun County, Virginia, USA. Our manufacturing plant conforms to FDA regulatory oversight. All our ingredients come from screened and certified vendors located in the US and overseas and are regularly audited by independent testing labs for purity and quality.
